After conversing on the phone, we schedule a visit to our client’s home where we learn about their situation and needs. After examining the information provided, we create a plan that is designed specifically for the client. We consider things like everyday routine, ambition, long-term goals and therapy direction (if any). Private Client Care believes that effective communication is vital for things to work out.
